DOA POLICY & DISCLAIMER

With the exception of DOA online orders, all livestock sales are final, and no refunds are offered.

DOA (dead on arrival) guarantee is offered in the rare event your livestock does not make it during shipping.

Though we make every effort to inspect, dip, and clean every coral before shipping, we make no guarantee that coral frags will be free of algae or other pests.

For DOA guarantee:

• A clear picture must be taken of livestock in the bag within two hours of receiving livestock.
• Corals damaged in shipping but alive are taken on a case by case basis. If you have concerns, send photos within 2 hours of delivery, and the DOA window may be extended at our discretion.
• Delivery must be made on the first attempt by UPS.
• What The Frag Corals is not responsible or liable for UPS delays for weather, mechanical issues, etc.
• Shipping cost is not included in refund or replacement value, but we will work with you to make sure you are taken care of with replacement corals to cover for the loss.

Shipping Policy

• To combine shipping on live goods, add everything to your cart, then click "Request Total From Seller" in the top right corner inside the cart. This option is currently only available on desktop.
• We ship all livestock via UPS priority overnight delivery.
• We ship all dry goods via standard 3-5 day shipping.
• We offer shipping within the continental United States.
• Livestock is shipped in double/triple bagged poly bags with a styrofoam liner surrounding the inside of the box.
• Heat/Cool packs are used when necessary.
• All orders will be confirmed with a ship and delivery date.
• Every attempt will be made to stay on the shipping schedule.
• If there are circumstances that prevent us from shipping on time such as weather or holidays we will notify you immediately and work out a delivery schedule.
• All orders must be shipped within two weeks of placing an order.
