We understand that receiving your coral in perfect condition is important. Our return policy for Dead on Arrival (DOA) items is as follows:

You must contact us within 2 hours of confirmed delivery if you believe your coral is DOA.

To be eligible for a return, the coral must be in the same condition you received it, and you must provide photo proof of the damage or issue.
